材料:小棠菜3-4棵、牛肝菌適量、粟米適量
做法:小棠菜洗淨切段,牛肝菌洗淨、浸軟。浸軟後瀝乾水,
燒熱鑊下牛肝菌炒香,下油及薑片略炒。下小棠菜再炒片刻下調味。

小棠菜炒豆腐片(兩位)
小棠菜450克(12兩)洗淨,豆腐乾一塊切薄片,薑1片拍爛,橄欖油適量
把小棠菜放在鑊蓋裡,豆腐乾片舗上面。
乾鑊,開大火,下油爆薑,然後把鑊蓋連材料蓋上,見到鑊邊開始冒煙時,按著鑊蓋拋鑊,菜汁給鑊蓋封著不會四濺,同時把熱量平均分佈,再拋幾下便可上碟,好夠鑊氣。08In.WD
Stir fried Chinese cabbage with dried bean curb (for 2 persons)
For ingredients, we need Chinese cabbage 450g (12 taels), dried bean curb 1 piece, ginger 1 piece, suitable amount of olive oil.
Wash the Chinese cabbage. Cut the bean curb into thin slides. Crush the ginger.
Put the Chinese cabbage on the wok cover, place the slides of dried bean curb on top of the vegetable.
Heat the wok with high fire. Add oil and sauté the ginger. Together with the Chinese cabbage and bean curb, cover the wok with the lid. If you see steam coming out from the rim of the wok, press down the lid while shaking the wok to prevent the vegetable sauce from spilling. 小棠菜300克、白米2杯、蕎麥仁1湯匙、過濾水2杯、海鹽、橄欖油、螺旋藻適量。
小棠菜洗淨切粒備用。將蕎麥仁加進已洗淨白米同煮,飯將近熟時,加入小許橄欖油及小棠菜粒粒,撈勻,焗數分鐘,便可上碗。

Organic vegetable rice (for 4 persons)
Chinese cabbage 300g, white rice 2 cups, buckwheat seed 1tbsp, filtered water 2 cups, suitable amount of sea salt, olive oil and Spirulina.
Wash and dice the Chinese cabbage for later use. Add the buckwheat seed to the white rice that has been washed and cook the two together. Immediately before the rice is cooked, add in a small amount of olive oil and the diced Chinese cabbage. Mix well, heat for a few minutes before serving.

Refreshing vegetable soup
Chinese cabbage 500g, filtered water 1.5L (6 cups), small amount of olive oil.
Wash and cut Chinese cabbage diagonally into segments. Pour the filtered water into a pot. Bring to a boil on high fire. Add oil and Chinese cabbage. Cook over medium fire for about 5 minutes and the soup is done.
