牛肝菌小棠菜飯...生機店老友Cindy作品貼堂
材料:小棠菜3-4棵、牛肝菌適量、粟米適量
做法:小棠菜洗淨切段,牛肝菌洗淨、浸軟。浸軟後瀝乾水,浸菌水拿來煮飯。
燒熱鑊下牛肝菌炒香,下油及薑片略炒。下小棠菜再炒片刻下調味。(不
要把菜完全炒熟)
等飯煲跳制,把小棠菜、牛肝菌及粟米拌入飯中蓋好略焗即可。08Lc靚女Cindy

Boletus and Chinese cabbage rice ... recipe suggested by our friend Cindy

Ingredients:Chinese cabbage3- 4 stalks,Boletus,Suitable amount,Sweet corn, Suitable amountMethod : Wash and cut Chinese cabbage into segments.  Wash Boletus and soak until soft.  Remove excessive water from the Boletus and drain until dry.  Use the water that has been used for soaking Boletus to cook rice. Heat the wok and sauté the Boletus.  Add oil and ginger, stir fry briefly.  Put in the Chinese cabbage and stir fry for a short while before adding condiment.  (Don’t fully cook the vegetable.)As soon as the rice cooker has turned to the “Warm” mode, toss in the Chinese cabbage, Boletus and sweet corn to mix with the rice.  Close the lid of the rice cooker and heat for a while.  Serve. 感謝蔡小姐翻譯

小棠菜炒豆腐片(兩位)
小棠菜450克(12兩)洗淨,豆腐乾一塊切薄片,薑1片拍爛,橄欖油適量
把小棠菜放在鑊蓋裡,豆腐乾片舗上面。
乾鑊,開大火,下油爆薑,然後把鑊蓋連材料蓋上,見到鑊邊開始冒煙時,按著鑊蓋拋鑊,菜汁給鑊蓋封著不會四濺,同時把熱量平均分佈,再拋幾下便可上碟,好夠鑊氣。

Stir fried Chinese cabbage with dried bean curb (for 2 persons)
For ingredients, we need Chinese cabbage 450g (12 taels), dried bean curb 1 piece, ginger 1 piece, suitable amount of olive oil.
Wash the Chinese cabbage.  Cut the bean curb into thin slides.  Crush the ginger.
Put the Chinese cabbage on the wok cover, place the slides of dried bean curb on top of the vegetable.
Heat the wok with high fire.  Add oil and sauté the ginger.  Together with the Chinese cabbage and bean curb, cover the wok with the lid.  If you see steam coming out from the rim of the wok, press down the lid while shaking the wok to prevent the vegetable sauce from spilling.  A tightly covered wok can also make sure that the heat inside it is evenly spread.  Shake the wok for a few more times and serve. 感謝蔡小姐翻譯

有營菜飯(四位)
小棠菜300克、白米2杯、蕎麥仁1湯匙、過濾水2杯、海鹽、橄欖油、螺旋藻適量。
小棠菜洗淨切粒備用。將蕎麥仁加進已洗淨白米同煮,飯將近熟時,加入小許橄欖油及小棠菜粒粒,撈勻,焗數分鐘,便可上碗。
食前灑幾下螺旋藻粉,平平凡凡的菜飯,即成又健康又有營的美食,適合大小朋友。 07K9.施姐姐.全有機
Organic vegetable rice (for 4 persons)
Chinese cabbage 300g, white rice 2 cups, buckwheat seed 1tbsp, filtered water 2 cups, suitable amount of sea salt, olive oil and Spirulina.
Wash and dice the Chinese cabbage for later use.  Add the buckwheat seed to the white rice that has been washed and cook the two together.  Immediately before the rice is cooked, add in a small amount of olive oil and the diced Chinese cabbage.  Mix well, heat for a few minutes before serving.
Sprinkle some Spirulina powder on top and turn the otherwise featureless vegetable rice into a healthy and nutritious dish that is suitable for all members in the family! 感謝蔡小姐翻譯

清新菜湯 (四位)
小棠菜500克、過濾水1.5升(六杯)、橄欖油少許。
小棠菜洗淨斜切段。倒過濾水進煲,大火煮滾後放油,並倒進小棠菜,中火煮約5分鐘,湯成。

Refreshing vegetable soup
Chinese cabbage 500g, filtered water 1.5L (6 cups), small amount of olive oil.
Wash and cut Chinese cabbage diagonally into segments.  Pour the filtered water into a pot.  Bring to a boil on high fire.  Add oil and Chinese cabbage.  Cook over medium fire for about 5 minutes and the soup is done.
Serve the Chinese cabbage on another plate.  Hence, with just one ingredient, we can have 2 dishes.  Not only are they high in fibre, it is also low in calories, ideal for those who have constipation or want to have a slimmer body.  But don’t forget to chew your food thoroughly. 感謝蔡小姐翻譯
